Spring is about to spring so it’s time to change our food. We’ve spent the winter eating heartier fare to stay cozy but now it’s time to lighten up for the warmer days to come (finally…). Our livers, those poor overworked, underpaid glands that metabolize, detox and distribute energy really need our TLC now. In this class, we lighten up, nurture our livers…and feast.
