What’s On Your Plate?
This unique cooking class series will rock your world! Yes, we'll prepare delicious feasts from soup to dessert. Yes, we'll talk about the latest information in the food world. And yes, we'll eat, laugh, talk and cook to our little hearts are content and our tummies sated. The difference is that we're going to focus, focus, and focus on food: how and why we use it to create health. Deconstructing recipes and breaking them down into the ingredients will help us understand that, when it comes to our health, nothing is arbitrary. Each pinch; each dash has a purpose and it will be revealed in these classes.
This series will shine a light on how brilliant Mother Nature really is and how we can create robust, vital wellness just by cooking delicious meals in our kitchens.
I am so excited and I hope to see your cute faces at class.
Also make a note that all of the classes this fall are being held on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, freeing up your Saturdays.
There is one Saturday class remaining this season before we take our summer break.
