Hawaiian made Bath and Body Products

Aloha!
Jessica Taylor, mom of two and founder of Shaka Soap, immediately fell in love with the amazing culture and beautiful landscapes of Hawaii. The appreciation for the land and sea is time-honored by the Hawaiian people, and something Jessica desperately wanted to creatively emulate. Thus began Shaka Soap.

Jessica realized that many ingredients found in store bought bath and body products were dangerous and potentially hazardous, and completely UNNECESSARY! After researching many of those ingredients, she decided to try her hand at making her own soap with only natural and beneficial ingredients. What began as a soap venture quickly became a passion. She went from cold process (lye) soaps, to glycerin soaps; then her curiosity piqued to lotions, lip balms, and scrubs.

Research and reading has been a constant partner in every aspect of her craft from initial ingredients to finished product. Jessica's creativity is constantly stimulated, keeping her eager and excited to create and experiment even more!

'I found out about Shaka when I read an article about the cool products found in celebrity swag bags when they present at events like the Oscars. When I saw that Shaka was all natural, I went to their site and ordered some Coconut lotion. Oh... my... God is all I can say. Creamy, rich, vegan with the loveliest subtle natural coconut fragrance, I was in lotion love. The more products I tried, the more I knew I had to share them with you. Enjoy. Your skin will thank you.'
