Weekend three - Land & Sea Vegetables / Diagnosis

Weekend four - Breakfast / Pasta/ Soups & Stews /Integrative Nutrition

Weekend six - Conditions / Home Remedies / Desserts

Graduation and presentation of certificates.
Throughout the program, Christina will also teach knife skills, cutting styles, seasonal cooking, as well as share with you her wealth of knowledge on whole foods, natural living and integrative medicine.
