Curried Hemp Seeds

Condiments don't get easier...or more luscious than this one. Hemp seeds are a great source of precious omega-3. And since we roast the seeds over low heat, we don't compromise those precious essential fatty acids.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon curry powder 
18 teaspoons shelled hemp seeds 

Directions 
In dry skillet, roast curry for 3 minutes over low heat. Add seeds and roast for 3 minutes. Cool completely, transfer to jar and seal.
