Brown Rice Syrup Cages

Okay, I admit this recipe will trigger the Martha Stewart in all of us. Easy and elegant, these 'cages' decorate desserts in the most delicious and beautiful way...with no refined sugar added! 

Ingredients

4 cups brown rice syrup

Directions 
Place syrup in pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until foamy and to hard crack stage. 

Using snipped whisk, drizzle hot syrup over well oiled bowl or with a bowl covered with well oiled foil. 

Cool completely, carefully remove cage.
