We have met some of the most wonderful
people in the world, and have traveled to
some of the most beautiful islands in the
Caribbean, including St. Thomas, St. John,
Virgin Gorda and Barbados, to name a few.
And in the year 2000, we began adding
wonderful European tours as well. And while
we always ship in organic grains, beans,
sea vegetables, rice syrup and other cooking
supplies, (including our own pots and pans in
many instances), every place we go, we search
out and meet wonderful local chefs and home
cooks who help us incorporate native cuisine
into our own healthy style of cooking, with
delicious results. Many cultures have local
dishes that don't require much alteration to
fit in with our style of cooking.
We currently have planned two spectacular
tours for 2010, including are 12th annual
"Tuscan Harvest Feast", June 18 -27; and a
getaway winter cruise, "Holistic Holiday at
